Media Center

The Mills Network releases public information through structured channels designed to support accuracy, consistency, and long-term record keeping.

Purpose of this section

The Media section provides access to official communications issued by the Network. These materials are intended to inform stakeholders, public authorities, and the wider public about developments relevant to the Network’s operations and governance.

Information is released selectively and in accordance with legal, regulatory, and operational considerations. Not all aspects of the Network’s activities are suitable for public disclosure.

Forms of communication

Public communications are issued in several distinct forms, each serving a specific purpose.

Press releases are used to document material developments, organisational changes, or matters subject to formal disclosure requirements. These are dated, reference-numbered, and retained as part of the public record.

Statements are issued infrequently. They are used to clarify the Network’s position on matters of broader relevance or to address issues that materially affect its mandate or operations.

Routine operational updates, technical details, and site-specific information are not generally published through this channel.

Release standards

All public materials are subject to internal review prior to release. This review process is intended to ensure factual accuracy, consistency with established records, and alignment with applicable disclosure obligations.

Communications are issued on behalf of the Network as an organisation. Individual spokespersons are not identified unless required by law or agreement.

Timing of releases is determined by readiness of information rather than external cycles or commentary.

Access and use

Media materials published on this site may be cited and reproduced for informational purposes, subject to applicable copyright and attribution requirements.

Enquiries regarding use, clarification, or correction should be directed through the Media Inquiries channel.

Requests for comment outside these processes are not routinely accommodated.
